The intensity of the infusions is indicated by the degree signs:

The sauna master waves a towel to distribute the steam in the sauna. This creates a heat stimulus as the steam condenses on the cooler skin and transfers the heat from the sauna stones to the body. The infusion ceremony lasts around 10-15 minutes.
