On the WaldWipfelWeg, you can see the "forest wonderland" from a completely different perspective and the walk even takes you over the treetops to a lofty 52 meters above the ground. It's also really exciting all around: nature adventure trail with play/climbing facilities and lots of animals, path of optical phenomena, the "Haus am Kopf", which is unique in Bavaria and where everything is "twisted".
THE NEW "BAYERWALD FLYER"
The parking lot of the Waldwipfelweg in Sankt Englmar has recently been dominated by an impressive sight: the "Bayerwald Flieger" - a life-size Airbus A319. In this extraordinary attraction, visitors take a virtual sightseeing flight over the Bavarian Forest together with the mischievous co-pilot, the Wolpertinger "Xaverl".
