Wegbeschreibung:
From here, ascend on the forest road (no. 31) to the Mooslehenalm, 1,449 m, then on a path (no. 33) to the Schied-Hochalm, 1,758 m (unmanaged). From here, follow the markers across the open terrain through the alpine meadows to the nearby mountain ridge. On this small high plateau, first head north and you will come to a weather cross right next to the Schiedreitspitz, 2,094 m, which rises up as a single boulder. A somewhat steeper path now leads uphill to a saddle on the left below the summit and finally ends, after winding upwards in serpentines, at the summit cross of the Höllwand, 2,287 m - return on the same path.
Alternatively, it is also possible to drive to the Aualm, 1,795 m or hike there on foot (path no. 34 or 34A). From the Aualm, a path leads to the Schied-Hochalm, 1,758 m (not serviced). Ascent to the Höllwand, as described above.
