* Visit of the Mineral Museum in the Aurina valley and easy excursion to the Riva waterfalls with Sonja

In the Ahrntal valley there is an interesting small museum, which is completely dedicated to the minerals from the surrounding mountains.

Particularly worth seeing are the largest smoky quartz crystals in South Tyrol, which are on display. A multimedia room provides interesting information about the origin of minerals, searching and finding them, as well as the healing properties of certain rocks. Afterwards we walk along the Franziskusweg to the Reiner waterfalls.

Start with the hotel bus (limited seats, individual rides possible). Total walking time approx. 2 hours, altitude difference approx. 300 m.
