The Coordination & Balance course offers a varied workout to specifically promote balance and coordination. Through a combination of balance exercises, dynamic aerobic elements and a variety of coordination tasks, stability, physical strength and precision of movement are improved.
This training not only supports physical fitness, but also concentration and body awareness - a valuable addition to everyday life and other sports. The exercises can be individually adapted to the respective fitness level and thus enable an optimal training effect - regardless of previous experience.
