Step aerobics is an effective workout to increase fitness and make exercise fun at the same time. In the "Step Aerobics Level 1+" course, the basics are taught first: simple step sequences and movements, ideal for beginners (Level 1). As you become more confident, the intensity increases and the basic steps are combined with creative choreographies (Level +). Supported by motivating music and the dynamics of the group, the circulation is stimulated and the muscles strengthened.
