Arrival

Our rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you can use the spa free of charge.

Departure

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am. For a late check-out, please contact reception in advance. We are happy to offer you the use of the SPA (incl. lunch bowl buffet in the afternoon) on the day of departure for a one-off charge of € 20 per person.

Doctors/medical emergency

The in-house health center of Dr. med. Andreas Färber is at your disposal for medical services. The Dr. Pichler/ Dr. Leipfinger practice in Bayerisch Gmain (Dorfbauernstraße 5, Tel.: 08651 4733) is also available for medical care.

Artemacur health center

The modern health center of owner Dr. Andreas Färber is housed in a part of the historic Klosterhof building. For more information and details about our health packages, fasting and healthy weight loss, please contact our reception or the practice directly.

Artemacur SPA

In our Artemacur SPA, we give you time for yourself and your well-being, embedding every treatment in a perfect ritual. Discover our wide range of soothing and relaxing treatments in our SPA brochure.

Excursions

Information and brochures about possible excursion destinations are available at our hotel reception. We will be happy to advise you personally.

Car

You are welcome to park your car in our underground garage or in the outdoor parking spaces. If you book directly, the parking fee is already included in the price, otherwise € 8.00 per night and vehicle will be charged. Please note that the hotel accepts no liability for any damage caused by parking. Charging stations and fast-charging stations are available on the parking deck for charging electric cars.

We are happy to provide you with the necessary equipment for your little ones in the room and restaurant.

Bathrobes

During your stay, our fluffy bathrobes are at your disposal free of charge. You are also welcome to purchase our bathrobes from us in the hotel store at a price of € 69.00.

Flowers

Our hotel reception will be happy to take your flower requests.

Library

In our "LiterArt" library on the first floor, we have an extensive selection of books that invite you to simply forget space and time. Please don't forget to leave the books in the Klosterhof!

Bus connection

About ten minutes' walk from the hotel you will reach the bus stop "Bayerisch Gmain/Kirchholzstraße". Line 1 in the direction of Schwarzbach runs via Bad Reichenhall station, where you can also change to other lines or the S-Bahn to Salzburg. You can use the buses from Bayerisch Gmain to Bad Reichenhall free of charge with your guest card. Timetables are available at the hotel reception at any time.

Iron and ironing board

If you would like to iron your own clothes in your room, please contact reception. We will be happy to provide you with an ironing board and iron.

Dress code

We would like to enjoy our GenussArt evening menu together with you in a stylish setting.

We therefore ask you to dress appropriately in the restaurant. Thank you for your understanding!

Shopping

Small souvenirs of your time at the Klosterhof can be found in our "LebensArt" store next to the hotel reception. In addition, the pedestrian zone in Bad Reichenhall offers many shopping opportunities; the popular city center of Salzburg is 20 minutes away by car.

Bike rental

You are welcome to rent an e-bike from us at a price of € 30.00 per day and bike. Please contact the hotel reception. Here you will also receive information on the surrounding cycle paths and a bicycle helmet. A lockable bicycle room is available for guests with their own bicycles. Here too, please contact our hotel reception.

Evacuation plans

In case of an emergency, please refer to the escape plans, which are displayed on your room door and in visible places in the hotel.

Early departure

If you have to leave before 7:30 am, we will be happy to prepare a small packed lunch for you. Please contact reception the day before.

You are also welcome to take advantage of our early check-out option. You can settle your bill the evening before and leave your room cards at reception on the day of departure.

Luggage service and storage

We will of course be happy to take care of your luggage. Please contact the hotel reception staff with confidence. We are also happy to store your luggage if you would like to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area on your day of departure.

Voucher

Would you like to give a special gift to a loved one, relative or friend? With a voucher from the Klosterhof you are not only giving a vacation, but also joy and relaxation! Our reception will be happy to help.

Dogs

The Klosterhof has designated rooms for a vacation with dogs (€ 35.00 per dog/night). Your dog will have its own dog bed and a bowl in the room. A dog shower on the parking deck is available for free use.

As an allergy-certified health hotel, we ask that you only take your four-legged friend to the terrace or the bar. Dogs must be kept on a lead in the hotel and the adjacent meadows. A container for the disposal of dog bags is located on the upper parking level directly next to the dog shower.

Please note that an additional fee of €125 may be charged for the final cleaning if you do not register your four-legged friend in advance.

Damage to the inventory can be settled with the dog liability insurance.

Heating

The temperature is controlled via the display right next to your room door. To adjust the temperature, you can set the ventilation manually and then switch it back to automatic mode for quiet operation. If you have any questions about operating the heating, reception will be happy to help you.

Hygiene products

If you have forgotten something, we have a few items available for you at reception. Talk to us - we'll help you!

Pillow selection

We have a selection of different pillows available. Please let us know at any time if you need a different/additional pillow.

Bavarian spa tax

The spa tax of the local spa administration includes numerous services and currently amounts to € 3.60 for adults. This spa tax is not included in the hotel room prices and will be charged separately. On your arrival you will receive a guest card, which allows you to use the bus lines of the Reichenhall public transport company free of charge. For further services, please refer to the brochure available at reception.

Minibar

A minibar is available in all rooms, which is filled once with non-alcoholic drinks free of charge. Please contact our reception for additional drinks.

Non-smoking hotel

We would like to point out that all our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking is also prohibited in the entire restaurant area and in the spacious Artemacur SPA. As a health resort, it is very important to us to offer our guests a smoke-free stay. Smoking is therefore prohibited in the entire inner complex of the hotel. We charge a three-digit special cleaning fee for non-compliance.

Roomservice

You have the option of ordering food and drinks as room service. We charge a service fee of € 7.00 per way and per room for room service. We would like to point out that we charge extra for breakfast and drinks that you order to your room and are not included in your booked rate.

You will find a safe in your room where you can lock your valuables. If you have any questions, please contact the hotel reception.

There are various rooms available at the Klosterhof for seminars or conferences. Our events department will be happy to help you! Please contact our reception or send your inquiry directly to events@klosterhof.de and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

SPA etiquette

You will find a bath bag with towels, a blanket and a bathrobe in your room. If the bathrobe is not the right size, reception will be happy to help you. Pool and sauna towels can be changed daily between 10:00 and 19:00 at the spa reception. Bathing slippers are available at the spa or hotel reception if required.

Reserved, unoccupied loungers are released after approx. 30 minutes. Please refrain from making phone calls in the spa area and be considerate of other guests when taking photos.

The entire spa area, including the outdoor pool and sunbathing lawn, is non-smoking. Quiet time applies from 3.00 pm. The sauna is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

The spa bag is assigned to your room and can be purchased in the hotel store if you like.

Transport options

Would you like to be taken to the train station or airport, to nearby Salzburg or to a regional attraction? We will be happy to organize an external cab service for you.

Topper

We have deliberately opted for firmer mattresses for reasons of back health. However, if you prefer a softer topper, please let reception know.

Hiking

We are happy to provide you with a rucksack and hiking maps for your hikes.

Laundry service

Our in-house laundry will be happy to wash and iron your laundry during operating hours. Please fill out the laundry list, place it in the laundry bag with your laundry and hand both in at reception or inform us so that we can arrange a collection. You will find a price list in the laundry bag in your room.

WLAN

You have WLAN reception throughout the hotel building. You do not need a password to access it, just tick the box next to the terms of use.

Newspapers/magazines

Current guest newspapers are available for you in the bar area. Please do not take these to your room and bring them back so that other guests can also read the newspapers. You are welcome to purchase your personal copy of the newspaper for a fee in the hotel store at reception.

Room cleaning

We offer daily room cleaning. During your stay, you have the option of waiving fresh towels & co. on a daily basis. For each waiver, €5 will be donated to the local mountain rescue service in Bad Reichenhall. In this way, the Klosterhof not only helps the environment, but also saves energy costs and supports the regional helpers who are there for us every day and do good.
