Summit experience - Loibersbacher Höhe

The easy tour to the Loibesbacher Höhe requires little physical condition, but rewards with three great places to stop for refreshments.

From the Döllerer parking lot in Tiefbrunnau, you first head out through the forest and forest roads to then climb past alpine huts to the summit. The view of the Osterhorn group and the Salzkammergut mountains is unique.

Walking time: (without break) approx. 3.5 hours

Price: free of charge for our house guests

Meeting point: parking lot Döllerer Wald, Faistenau

Limited number of participants, registration possible directly through our Guest Experience Team until 17:00 the day before.

Recommended equipment:

- ankle-high hiking boots

- Breathable clothing (multi-layer to take off and put on)

- hiking poles (can be rented from us)

- small daypack with drinks. A snack is not needed as we stop at an alpine pasture!

- sun and rain protection (sunglasses, sunscreen, rain jacket)

- personal medication against allergies or diabetes
