As the sun sets, the Bastion Pool Bar & Restaurant – set against the backdrop of the property's Insta-worthy infinity pool and the 16th-century Valletta bastions – transforms into a vibrant social scene with the Bastion Summer Nights series.

Every Tuesday, our entertainers will provide some South American energy to accompany this night where guests can enjoy the famous Zacapa Rum. Be adventurous and enjoy a tropical cocktail which enjoys our entertainers' energy to accompany your dinner experience.
