Mika Kares

Mika Kares is the new Finnish bass giant on the world's great opera stages. At the Bayreuth Festival, he is the current Hagen in "Götterdämmerung". He sings the difficult roles of the German and Russian repertoire at Europe's famous opera houses. He has brought romantic songs from his native Finland with him to Usedom, which tell of an intense experience of the landscape.
