Your time at Summit Beauty & Massage is meant to give you the space to unwind, let go, and feel completely at ease. To ensure we can tailor your treatment to your individual needs and prepare for it optimally, we ask that you please note the following information.

BOOKING & RESERVATIONS

Appointment Reservations

We recommend that you reserve your desired treatments well in advance. Your appointment reservation becomes binding upon receipt of our confirmation.

Appointment Changes & Cancellations

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule it at least 24 hours before the start of your treatment.

In the event of a later cancellation, a last-minute appointment change, or a no-show, the full treatment price (100%) will be charged. This also applies in the event of illness or other unforeseen circumstances, as well as for treatments booked with a gift certificate or as part of a package. In these cases, the full value of the respective treatment will be forfeited.

Punctuality & Arrival

Please arrive at our Beauty & Massage reception desk about 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. This will give you plenty of time to settle in and get in the right frame of mind for your relaxation session.

If you arrive late, the treatment time may be shortened accordingly to ensure that subsequent appointments can begin on time. In this case, the full treatment price will still apply.

External Guests

External guests are also warmly welcome at Summit Beauty & Massage and can take advantage of our full range of treatments.

YOUR TIME WITH US

Quiet & Cell Phones

To ensure a relaxed atmosphere for all guests, we ask that you keep conversations quiet and be considerate of ongoing treatments. Please set your cell phone to silent and refrain from using it during your treatment.

Clothing & Valuables

For your treatment, we recommend comfortable underwear or dry swimwear, provided it is suitable for the specific treatment. As a hotel guest, you may use the bathrobe provided in your room.

Please keep your valuables in a safe place. We cannot accept any liability for valuables you bring with you.

Health & Personal Needs

Before your first treatment, we ask that you complete our medical history form in full and inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or individual preferences. Please also inform us of any changes in your health status before each subsequent treatment.

Duration of Your Treatment

The duration specified at the time of reservation includes the entire time spent in the treatment room—from being escorted to the room and changing clothes, through the actual treatment, to getting dressed and leaving the room.

Before Your Treatment

Please arrive having taken a shower if possible, and avoid using body lotions or other skincare products before the treatment if possible. This ensures optimal conditions for your treatment and the skincare products used.

During Your Treatment

Your comfort is very important to us. Please feel free to let us know at any time if you’d like any adjustments—for example, to the massage pressure, the room temperature, or other aspects of your treatment. We’re happy to accommodate your needs.

After Your Treatment

If possible, treat yourself to some rest afterward to fully enjoy the benefits of your time-out. We recommend that you drink plenty of still water or unsweetened herbal tea and stay comfortably warm.

Privacy & Consideration

Please respect the privacy and personal boundaries of our guests. Photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted in our treatment and relaxation areas.
