Bread baking on the farm

Bake your own bread together.

At the Gnellerhof, Robert and Maria show you how traditional wood-fired bread is made.

While the dough is resting, you’ll feed the chickens, pet the calves, and help with other farm chores.

Finally, you’ll enjoy the freshly baked bread—an experience for the whole family.

They’ll guide you step by step through the baking process and help you prepare traditional bread in a wood-fired oven.

Meeting point at 9:00 a.m. – Information Office in Teis near the Mineral Museum (half-day tour—even in the rain)

The farm is located 2 km outside the village. Please check in at the office in Teis before the tour begins and then drive to the farm; if you’re coming on foot, please indicate this when you check in and arrive about 40 minutes early.
