Alpine herbal baths in the thermo tub for 25 min (Sesto hay flowers, juniper & arnica, arnica & marigold).
Important: The baths must be booked 3 hours before the treatment as the herbs must be soaked in water. Not recommended for low blood pressure and other complaints.

Sesto hay flower bath | 25 min
The diaphoretic effect of the hay bath helps to drain and purify the body, cleanses the skin, is good for the joints, strengthens the immune system, strengthens the nerves and promotes sleep
Kreuzberg bath | 25 min
Arnica bath + essential oil of mountain juniper: Stimulates the metabolism, has a cleansing effect, combats cellulite, helps with physical and mental fatigue, relieves muscle tension.
Arnica & marigold bath | 25 min
Particularly suitable after sporting activity, reduces stress and relieves tension. Tired muscles and joints are given new vitality. The sun plant arnica helps with rheumatism and has an anti-inflammatory effect. Marigold is suitable for people with dry skin.
