In Mühlbach through the village to Stöckl Chapel no. 9A, up to no. 9
towards Spinges, continue along the Spinges circular trail to no. 7A in the village of Spinges, descent via no. 7 past "Erschbama" hut (possible stop for refreshments) to Mühlbach (do not take no. 7 to "Stöckl chapel").
