PETS – DOGS ONLY

Dogs must be kept on a leash throughout the sports resort and in the town of Walchsee.

If your four-legged friend behaves, they’re welcome

to join you at the hotel bar and in the lounge area. Please note

that access to our Move & Relax area

and the hotel restaurant is not permitted. The restaurant

features a separate area for dog owners.

Our partner, Brandauer Ski Rental, is located just

100 m from the valley station of the lifts

“Zahmer Kaiser” in Walchsee, in the Durchholzen district.

Here you can rent everything you need for a perfect ski vacation

in the Kaiserwinkl region.

ELECTRICITY & LIGHTING

Simply insert your room key card into the power box next to

the door, and it works right away. When you

go out, just pull the card out and all the lights

will turn off automatically—the outlets will also be

de-energized.

WALCHSEE

The town of Walchsee lies at the foot of the Kaiser Mountains,

right on the lake of the same name. The impressive Alpine panorama

and its proximity to interesting destinations in

Bavaria and Tyrol make Walchsee the perfect starting point

for family outings. There you’ll also find

several shops, a number of restaurants, the

town hall, and much more.

ROOM CLEANING

Rooms are cleaned daily by our hardworking

housekeeping staff by 4:00 p.m., provided the

“Do Not Disturb” sign is not hanging outside the door.

ROOM SAFE

You are welcome to store your valuables in

the room safe. Your valuables are only

insured if they are kept in the safe.
