Marxenhof & Marxenladele – Organic Farm, Farm Store, and Farm Café near Brixen

🧑‍🌾 Here’s what you can expect:

The Marxenhof, located above Brixen, is a biodynamically managed Demeter farm. Since 1999, fruits and vegetables have been grown here according to Bioland and Demeter guidelines. Many products are sold directly on the day they’re harvested—it doesn’t get much fresher than that. The farm is a wonderful destination, especially for guests who appreciate regional products, sustainability, and authentic South Tyrolean agriculture.

🛒 Farm Store – Marxenladele:

The farm’s own Marxenladele offers seasonal organic fruits and vegetables, potatoes, free-range eggs, and other farm-fresh products such as jams and dried fruit. The chickens live in a mobile coop among the farm’s apple trees.

📱 Self-service shopping:

The farm store uses the Lokbest self-service system. This allows you to shop for organic fruit, vegetables, and eggs with great flexibility.
