Arrival

Your room will be available to you from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to use our wellness area.

Bathrobe

A cozy bathrobe is provided for you during your stay. If you would like to take it home with you, you can purchase it at reception for 59 euros.

Check-out

On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11 a.m. at the latest. However, you can still enjoy the wellness area free of charge until 2 pm. If you would like to stay longer, we offer you the option of staying until 7 pm for an extra charge of 25 euros per person (incl. afternoon snack).

Decoration & atmosphere

Our rooms are furnished with great attention to detail and in harmonious colors. Natural materials create a pleasant atmosphere and offer the perfect retreat.

Meal times

Breakfast: 07:30 - 10:30

Cake & soup: 13:30 - 16:30

Dinner: 18:30 - 20:00

If you arrive later, we will be happy to prepare a cold plate for you.

Fit & Vital

Stay active during your stay! Our fitness area with modern equipment ensures that you stay in shape even on vacation. Take the opportunity for an intensive training session or a relaxing yoga class to bring body and mind into harmony.

Guest card

With the National Park Summer Card, you can enjoy many free services such as mountain lifts, admission to the Krimml Waterfalls and much more. Further information is available at dinner or at reception.

Mobile phones

For your relaxation, we recommend that you switch your cell phone to silent mode in public areas so that all guests can enjoy the peace and quiet.

Seasonal specials & experiences

Be inspired by the respective season: Whether hikes in spring, summit tours in summer or winter hikes in the snow - we offer you individual experiences based on the seasons.

Children's equipment

We are happy to provide a crib and high chair free of charge. In the basement you will also find a small children's playroom.

Lift

The Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen is only 1.5 km away. In winter, we offer a shuttle service at 08:30 (outward journey) and 15:00 (return journey).

Massage & wellness

Treat yourself to some time out in our spa area. We offer various massages and treatments to pamper your body and mind.

Organizing excursions

Would you like to get to know the region better? We are happy to help you organize excursions, be it a guided hike or a tour of the sights.

Parking

Free parking is available behind the hotel.

Water from our own mountain spring

Our hotel is supplied with fresh, naturally pure spring water from our own spring. It accompanies you throughout your stay - when drinking, showering or relaxing in the spa.

Umbrella

You will find an umbrella in all rooms, just in case.

Ski room

Our ski room is located next to reception and is also accessible from the outside. Here you can store your equipment and dry your ski boots.

Day rooms & reading enjoyment

Our cozy retreats invite you to linger - whether with a cup of tea, a good conversation or a quiet moment to yourself. In the houses you will find small libraries with the principle "Bring 1 - Take 1".

Entertainment

In our cozy herBARium you can enjoy a relaxing evening with live music and stunning cocktails. We are also happy to provide board games.

Vegetarian & vegan

Our natural cuisine offers delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes. Please let us know when booking so that we can cater to your individual wishes.

Laundry service

We are happy to wash and iron your clothes. Prices can be found at reception. Unfortunately, dry cleaning is not possible.

Wireless WiFi

Free WiFi is available in all rooms and in the hotel lobby. The password is: hotel.

Payment methods

You can pay at the end of your stay in cash or by EC card. Credit cards are only possible to a limited extent. Please check and sign your receipts in the restaurant.

Room key/keycard

The main entrance is closed from 10 pm. You can use your keycard to open the night entrance
