Pilates is a holistic workout for strengthening deep-lying muscles. Breathing is very important in Pilates to activate your own "power house". The training is suitable for everyone, you will feel your own muscles more again. This session is about body awareness and recovery: feeling new and healthy again.


We ask you to arrive 5 minutes before the start of the session to ensure a punctual start.
