Through breath, meditation, and movement, you find your way into calmness- a path inward- to the peace within you. A flowing Vinyasa Flow with sun and moon salutations brings you into movement and presence. Afterwards, the practice becomes quieter and deeper – with Hatha and Yin elements focused on release. Shavasana and meditation with singing bowls guide you into deep relaxation. You don’t leave changed, but reminded: clear, grounded, and connected to yourself.
