Micha will show you the correct technique of the arm swing.

Afterwards you will go uphill with the Reactive Walking running club to the event on the mountain!

The rustling swinging devices provide an activation of the core and deep muscles. This way the whole body is trained. A great feeling!

Borrow the swing equipment at our reception for 3 Euro and off you go! Beautiful route along the Jakobsweg and apple orchards. You can choose between four or six kilometers and exercise boards will accompany you on your way. At the end your whole body is trained. A great feeling!
