This massage - which has been used in Tibet for 2500 years - is based on acupressure and strokes along the 4 main meridians. This is where the acupressure points are located, which release psychosomatic blockages and muscular tension through manipulation. Similar to acupuncture - but the treatment is only carried out with thumb pressure.
