Summit Tour in the Rofan Mountains: Experience an impressive hike with spectacular views and reach the striking Rofanspitze—a highlight for experienced mountain lovers.

We’ll take the hotel shuttle to the valley station of the Rofan Cable Car in Maurach. From there, the cable car will take us up to 1,840 hm to the starting point of the hike. The trail winds through the impressive mountain landscape of the Rofan Range along red-marked mountain trails up to the Rofanspitze at 2,259 hm—one of the region’s most famous peaks. At the summit, a breathtaking panorama of the surrounding mountains awaits you.

Prerequisites: Sure-footedness and good physical condition

What to bring: sturdy footwear (hiking boots), weatherproof clothing, sunscreen, water bottle
