New Year's Eve Boxes: Bratl Menu

New Year's Eve with Kisten Bratl

A great event, full of fun and merriment.

All guests sit together—it doesn't matter if you know each other or not.

- We start at 7 p.m. with an aperitif and finger food.

- The fun continues with a tour in and around the kitchen, where we’ll serve the delicious beef broth with Brätspätzle and vegetable strips.

- After that, we’ll open the box to reveal a magnificent roast pork shoulder, braised vegetables, and rosemary potatoes.

- Our dessert is a delicious walnut brittle parfait with sour cherry ragout.

- At midnight, we’ll toast together and welcome the New Year with a

glass of Schloss Gobelsburg sparkling wine (included in the menu price.)

Late in the evening and, of course, after midnight, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere in the kitchen with a

New Year’s potato goulash and bread.
