The starting point of the tour is the Straningeralm (1479 m). Walk in an easterly direction along the "Käserundwanderweg" (trail no. 403). Soon you reach the Kleine Kordinalm (1623 m), where you can fortify yourself right at the beginning of the tour. Continuing along the path, you partially enter Italian territory. Soon the path forks: on the right you come to the Große Kordinalm. But one chooses the left one. A short time later you come to another crossroads. Here you turn left and walk towards the summit. Keeping left once again, you finally reach the Hochwipfel (2195 m). From here you can enjoy a wonderful view!
