Welcome to the colorful yoga mat! In children's yoga, we transform ourselves into roaring lions, strong mountains and fluttering butterflies. Kids playfully discover simple yoga exercises that strengthen flexibility, balance and concentration.

In between, there are little breathing games and fantasy journeys to dream and relax. Whether you're a beginner or a little pro - every pose is explained and tried out together with lots of fun.

At the end, we roll up our mats feeling satisfied, calm, strong and happy. Come along and experience yoga the easy way!
