Stretching is important and effective for muscle recovery. It makes the muscles more elastic and many tensions or "aches" can be counteracted very well.

Fascia - a fine-meshed network that envelops and penetrates our muscles, bones, organs. This "meshwork" must be freed from adhesions. Fascia training, with the help of utensils such as the Black Roll, strengthens the connective tissue, reduces cellulite and improves the elasticity of the entire musculoskeletal system.
