Fascia Release - Roll & Stretch - for the back

Today it's "all about" the back - today is Back Health Day!

We use rollers and balls to stimulate and stimulate deep-seated body structures and individual sections of the fascial pathways, detect tension and train body awareness.

The breath is given plenty of space so that we invite the body out of a state of high tension into a state of relaxation - and regeneration occurs.
