Forest hike to places of power & natural monuments

From the Hotel Adler, we hike along trail [25] to the Staldalm, where we have a picturesque view of the alpine pastures and mountain landscape of the Catinaccio and Latemar. We return to the starting point via trail [27].

The soothing and relaxing atmosphere of the forest gives us the opportunity to rediscover the "fascination" of nature. As we walk mindfully through the forest, we find centuries-old trees such as the "snake tree", which have been growing in magical places for 600 to 700 years and are full of positive energy.
