Evening operations (January 1, 2027, through March 6, 2027), Friday and Saturday evenings

Experience the nighttime atmosphere amid the snow-covered winter splendor. Thanks to autonomous, solar-powered LED lights, the toboggan trail from Melchsee-Frutt to Stöckalp is illuminated for nighttime tobogganing. The 8-km-long toboggan trail is open on Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The Stöckalp–Melchsee-Frutt gondola is in operation until 9:30 p.m.

Are you traveling with a group of 8 or more people and interested in a tobogganing and fondue get-together? I’d be happy to help you organize it.

Attention! Between 5:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. onward, the sledding trail is closed. During these times, the sledding trail is being groomed by snowcats. Snow groomers equipped with winches are in operation, and there is a risk of death!
