Good Morning Sunshine is a holistic Hatha Yoga - unit. The focus is on meditation, PRANAYAMA (breathing exercises) and ASANAS (physical exercises).

With the Asanas - sequence of the sun salutation, the day is welcomed. In 12 sequences, with which one starts "differently.especially.lovingly." the day, the various muscle groups, such as back, buttocks & leg muscles, are stretched and strengthened.

You should definitely try Good Morning Sunshine, as it is also a perfect relaxation and workout session that you will ultimately take home with you.
