Good Morning Sunshine is a holistic Hatha Yoga unit. The focus is specifically on meditation, PRANAYAMA (breathing exercises) and ASANAS (physical exercises).
The day is welcomed with the asana sequence of the sun salutation. In 12 sequences, with which you start the day "differently.especially.lovingly." start the day, the various muscle groups, such as the back, buttocks and leg muscles, are stretched and strengthened.
You should definitely give it a try, as it is also a perfect relaxation and training session that you will ultimately take home with you.
