W A S S E R F A L L W E HIKE

The waterfall trail in the Stilluptal is a great, easy hike with a unique nature experience in the Stilluptal. By car you drive behind the Ahornbahn past the toll booth (10 Euro / car) to the inn Wasserfall in the Stilluptal. From there, the easy and well-maintained waterfall trail starts down the valley. You hike along the turquoise blue reservoir and admire countless waterfalls on both sides of the valley. At the end of the lake you continue along the "Stilluppe" to the StillupperHaus and further to the grüne Wand Hütte and back along the same path. The total hiking distance is about 15 km. If you are not good on foot, you can also take the Stillupper cab for one or more sections or just hike to the StillupperHaus.

By the way, the Kasseler Hütte at the end of the valley will also be open from June 13. Of course you can also go by bike (or Stillupper Taxi) to the Grüne Wand Hütte and then climb up to the Kasseler Hütte for about 1.5 hours.
