Days filled with rhythm, movement, and joie de vivre at the Sonnenhof Lam! Whether you’re a hotel guest, just passing through, or a local—everyone is welcome at the Sonnenhof Dance Days!

Featuring: Alex & Robert from the Alex Dance School—with a varied program of Discofox and line dancing for beginners, advanced dancers, and anyone who enjoys dancing.

Wednesday, Oct. 7

8:30 p.m.: Bingo night

Thursday & Friday, Oct. 8–9.

Dance classes:

10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.:

Discofox, waltz, cha-cha-cha, and rumba for beginners

– learn to dance in a relaxed atmosphere, gain confidence, and discover the joy of music and movement together

12:00 PM – 1:30 PM:

Discofox, waltz, cha-cha-cha, and rumba for advanced dancers

– beautiful standard and Latin dances, new step sequences, and many wonderful moments on the dance floor

Daily starting at 8:30 p.m.:

Open dancing—practice, dance, and enjoy!

Saturday, Oct. 10—Highlight of the week: Duchess & Duke Masked Ball

5:30 p.m.: Champagne reception in the hotel bar

with Director Mr. Andres Otto and owner Anton Staudinger

Evening attire and masks required

Live music & dance evening

Every guest who attends the themed party in appropriate attire and a mask will receive a ticket for the grand raffle

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer: There’s something for everyone here! Look forward to professional instruction, a relaxed atmosphere, and rousing music—right in the heart of the Bavarian Forest.Here’s what you can expect over the course of the event:

The dance days are free for hotel guests; for outside guests and locals from the Lamer Winkel region, the cost is only €30.00 per person for the entire 2-day dance course at the Sonnenhof Resort Lam.

You’re welcome to combine the dance days with a Day SPA and/or a dinner to pamper yourself all day in the wellness area and enjoy a culinary highlight in the evening.
