Three Lakes Tour - hiking at over 2,020 m above sea level in Kühtai (approx. 35 km from Innsbruck)

Experience an impressive hike at over 2,000 meters on the 3-Lakes Loop in Kühtai and discover the high-alpine mountain world of the Innsbruck region from its most enjoyable side.

Every Tuesday at 10:15 a.m., after a group ride on the 3-Seen-Bahn, the guided hiking tour takes you to several crystal-clear mountain lakes, picturesquely nestled between gentle ridges and sweeping panoramic views. At a leisurely pace, you’ll enjoy the fresh mountain air, breathtaking views, and a soothing break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The meeting point is at the Kühtai Tourist Information Office, 6183 Kühtai; please note that the cable car ticket is not included, but for Welcome Card Plus holders, one round-trip ride on the 3-Seen-Bahn is included once per stay. Hiking or mountaineering boots and appropriate clothing are required for the tour; for hygiene reasons, equipment rental cannot be offered. The walking time is approximately 3 hours without an optional stop for refreshments; dogs are not permitted; and free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the tour. The tour may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not reached or for objective reasons such as inclement weather, alpine hazards, or official measures; in this case, any participation fees already paid will be refunded in full.
