Nature guide and winemaker Irmgard Windegger accompanies you through the varied low mountain range landscape of Tisens-Prissian, to hidden vineyards, along chestnut groves, to the largest and probably oldest vine in the world, the Versoaln vine at Katzenzungen Castle, to ancient farms from the Middle Ages and also in her own biologically cultivated vineyard and vegetable garden. In the presence of winegrower Michl Knoll from the Grosskemat Winery, cheese producer Gitte Geiser from the Perl Hof Cheese Dairy and farm baker Hannes Gasser from the Tisens Farm Bakery, we will taste the products of our enchanting cultural landscape.
