The exercises in aqua aerobics are mainly aimed at improving strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. They can be adapted depending on your physical condition and individual goal.


Water aerobics has many benefits: It promotes blood circulation, strengthens the cardiovascular system, relieves pain, reduces stress and improves general well-being.
