Undoubtedly one of our strong points is the intercontinental buffet breakfast served until 11 a.m. enriched by the show cooking of our chef Vincenzo Sagliano; a sort of "breakfast laboratory" in which only local zero-kilometer products such as San Patrignano cheeses and cured meats and milk from the Ravenna milk plant are used.
Every day our chefs bake homemade bread and cakes using flour from the Grossi mill in Riccione, eggs, organic jams, juices, freshly squeezed centrifuges, gluten-free foods and much more make breakfast a multi-sensory and unforgettable experience.
