Walking time approx. 2.5 hours Route length : 2.8 km (outward and return) Height difference: 400m Start/finish: General car park (approx. 300m above Forchach) Refreshment stop: Ober and Unterkartnall snack stations (1,285m) The starting point is approx. 400m after the tunnel, directly after the fork in the road on the right-hand side. Follow the forest path from here through idyllic winter forests to the Innere Mahd. There is a wonderful stop at the Jausenstation Hofer and the Jausenstation Kartnall. These can be reached by following the asphalt road for about 500 metres. Snowshoes can be rented at the reception (while stocks last) or otherwise in all sports shops in Fulpmes.
