St. Gallen Textile Museum

The St. Gallen Textile Museum is home to one of the most important textile collections in Switzerland. Fabrics and embroideries from all over the world, pattern books, design drawings and photographs illustrate the fortunes of the Swiss textile industry between regional ties and international interdependencies. It organizes two to three special exhibitions per year, which thematically complement the permanent exhibition on the history of textiles in Eastern Switzerland. A varied event program, educational activities and an attractive shop complete the textile museum's offer.
