At our exclusive honesty bar you will find everything a bartender's heart desires: from homemade elderflower syrup for your Hugo and a selection of soft drinks from the region to fine gins and a wine fridge filled with fine wines from the Venosta Valley and the south of South Tyrol. And because the eye also drinks: pay a visit to Wally's herb beds. Sniffing and plucking allowed.
