Sauna ceremonies

Our sauna master Andrea will introduce you to the art of real sweating in our herbal sauna. Experience a sauna ceremony à la alpine mountain while you relax and be in harmony with nature and yourself. Cooling down afterwards outdoors, for example on our roof terrace or in the Residence garden, shortens the post-sweating period. A subsequent dip in our 800 m² bathing pond or a walk through our kneipp pool cools the body down additionally, boosts the circulation and is balm for the soul.
