Autumn & winter menu - selectable as 3 or 4 course:


Cream of potato soup with prawn skewer or bread chips

Pumpkin soup with bacon or bread chips (also vegan)


Beet carpaccio with pear, goat's cheese and caramelized walnuts


Souse vide cooked corn pourlade, sweet potato puree, mushrooms and bacon crunch

Mushroom risotto with parmesan crackers (vegan option also available)


Chocolate mousse in a glass with berries and oatmeal crumble
