Every Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to approximately 3:00 p.m., a special retreat featuring gentle sounds, relaxation exercises, and meditation music takes place in the Spannagel Cave. Join Cornelia as she guides you into the silence of the Spannagel Cave.
Program:
-Gentle sounds & meditation music
-Guided relaxation exercises
-Space for silence, mindfulness, and rejuvenation
-A magical atmosphere underground, far away from stress, noise, electromagnetic pollution, and cell phone radiation
Practical Information:
-€55 per person, including equipment and admission to the Spannagel Cave
-The cable car ticket for the ascent is not included in the price.
-Limited number of participants
-Prerequisite for participation: NO fear of enclosed spaces!
