Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g nougat, chocolate, ground nuts, or similar
or
- 200 g fruit puree
- 500 g whipped cream
Preparation
Either beat pasteurized eggs with the sugar until fluffy, or beat the eggs and sugar over steam and then beat them while cold.
Depending on the desired flavor, stir in nougat, chocolate, ground nuts, or fruit puree.
Gently fold in the whipped cream, pour the mixture into molds, and freeze for at least 3 hours.
