Forest bathing on the solstice is an ideal way to leave behind the efforts of the day. Today is a special day and a special night. We take this as an opportunity to look, feel and listen particularly closely. Together we can perceive the increasingly quiet forest environment with all our senses. As a certified course leader for forest bathing, I lead exercises in mindfulness, meditation and breathing.
We spend a longer time together, which makes your connection with the forest even more special. Here you can individually address your senses that are particularly good for you.
