Mühle am Schanzenhof - our history

At Amolaris, you will always come into contact with the topics of grain and milling. There's a reason for that. A good one, we think. Because over 200 years ago, the "Schanzener Musmühle" stood here, where you are spending your vacation today. Countless sacks of grain were ground into flour here, which was then

shaped into bread and baked. Unfortunately, the old mill was completely destroyed by a devastating fire. All that remained were the foundation walls and the millstone. Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, something new has emerged over time - today's Amolaris.
