Start of the hike: The tour begins at the Patscherkofel mountain station.

Guide: A nature guide accompanies the hike and shares his knowledge of the alpine flora.

Route:

Round walk in the Alpine Garden: Explore Austria's highest botanical garden, which has been owned by the University of Innsbruck since 1930.

Diversity of plants: Discover an impressive variety of alpine plant species from all over the world, including dwarf shrub heath, high forest and tall herbaceous meadows.

Return:

Take the cable car down to the valley: After the hike, take the cable car back down to the valley in comfort.

Optional return journey: Continue with the J bus back to the city.

Costs: Special price for the one-off ascent and descent: € 10 per person.

Bring along: Sturdy shoes, clothing suitable for the weather and possibly a small bottle of water.
