Ascent to Mount Boundary

From the 3370m of Monte Confinale the views are stunning. This peak is located in the center of Valfurva and allows us to admire the Ortles - Monte Zebrù - Gran Zebrù triad, the Forni glacier, the Thirteen Peaks that connect Monte Cevedale to Pizzo Tresero, Monte Sobretta, Cima Piazzi and in the distance even the Bernina giants and Monte Disgrazia.

From Rifugio Forni (2100m) we will ascend first to Lago della Manzina and then to Bivacco del Piero, until we reach the summit of Confinale (3370m) along a wide ridge.
