Friday:

We start with a feel-good concert (duration: approx. 1 hour).

Let yourself be enchanted by sounds rich in overtones. Experience deep, pure joy and holistic well-being.

Dinner: vegan / vegetarian / traditional


Overnight stay in a double room


Saturday:

Time just for you. Far away from everyday life. With meditation, mindfulness exercises, sound, inspiring conversations, relaxed movement units, let your soul vibrate :-)


A delicious lunch (either vegan, vegetarian or traditional) will bring our time together to a festive close.
