Hike along the Gargellner Fensterweg Trail

Embark on an exciting exploration tour in the highest mountain village in the Montafon. The Gargellen Windows are known as a geological feature and appear as individual limestone outcrops within the pristine primary rock massif. Set against a picturesque landscape of alpine pastures, the newly designed “Gargellner Fenster” offer a multifaceted view through different eras, allowing visitors to experience today’s Gargellen in its entirety.

Meeting point: 10:00 a.m. Gargellner Bergbahnen valley station

Route: Gargellner Bergbahnen Valley Station – Gitzistee – Rüti – Gargellner Fenster – Ronggalpe – Röbimaisäß – Gargellner Bergbahnen Valley Station

Duration: approx. 4.5 hours (walking time only: approx. 3 hours)

Ascent and descent: approx. 370 m elevation gain
