Baking Bread in a Crop Circle

Together with the farmer’s wife at the Obergereuthhof in St. Martin, participants will bake crispy loaves of bread using bread spices and grain grown on the farm. While the dough rises and rests, there’s a farm tour that includes a visit to the grain mill dating from 1831. While the bread bakes, everyone enjoys lunch together. You can take the loaves and three recipes home with you.
